THE SHELLING PROCESS...
We take a bushel of fresh picked peas, cool them down in our cooler rooms.
Then we gently shell
them out.
Our Quality Control Team inspects the peas before they are packaged to make sure that you have the freshest and tenderest
peas.
Then the peas are weighed and packaged into 8 pound bags.
You can buy peas at other places, but we think ours are the nicest and
the cleanest!
